Terms of service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service. I have the right to refuse a commission any reason.Any questions? Feel free to contact me via my Instagram or by email at [email protected] .

Payment
- I only accept payment via PayPal.- I will not start on a commission until I have received payment in full.- A full refund will only be issued if work has not been started on your commission. If work has been started, I will refund for the work that has not yet been completed.- If you have a problem as far as refunding, please contact me and I will be happy to work things out. Chargebacks are an instant blacklist.

Process
- I work in a queue. My queue is available on the front page of my carrd.- I will send a sketch for approval before moving on to the rest of the piece. Please ask for any large corrections needed during this stage as it is more difficult to edit a piece after the sketching phase.- You are welcome to check in on your commission's progress at any time, however please do not nag me, it stresses me out and slows down progress.- Expected wait time ranges from about 3 days-1 month depending on the complexity / size / level of finish of the piece. (this is the time estimate from when I start your commission. If you are not first in the queue wait time may be longer.)

Other
- You must have a reference sheet; I will not work from just a description. Flat color digital reference sheets are highly preferred, but I will take traditional and shaded reference sheets as long as a palette to color-pick from is provided.- Please have an accurate reference sheet or notify me of any errors on the reference upfront! I won't charge extra for corrections that are not my fault, but they are frustrating to make nonetheless.- I may raise the price of a commission for complex characters, especially for anything that will be shaded.- You may repost with credit. My socials are linked to the front page of my carrd.- No commercial use of my work is allowed unless discussed with me ahead of time. You may use the art for any of your personal use (shirts, device backgrounds, profile pictures, etc.) but you may not profit off of my art.- Commissioners may not use my artwork as non-fungible token for advertisement, profit, etc.- I do not grant permission for my art to be used in AI algorithms.

- Gore and candy gore
- Any anthro or feral species, fictional or not
- Sparkle dogs (flat color only, I will not shade sparkle dogs)
- Mild artistic nudity (no genitals)
- Couples of any orientationI Will NOT Draw
- Anything with a human face (I lack the skill)
- Body horror involving worms, arachnids, insects, and the like.
- NSFW
- Content including hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, zoophillia, etc.
